Do you embrace the Law of Attraction? What is your definition of Empowerment and Abundance?  Is it financial freedom or a fantastic self-image or high self-esteem or good health or achievements or strong faith and spirit with positive energy and thought or is it finding your inner strengths?  I would guess that it’s most of what I have just mentioned.  For me, it has been all of these.  But I know, no matter what we aspire to, we must take action for whatever it is to come true.  Our dreams CAN come true if we are willing to work towards them. I want to preface this article by saying that I’ve never been obsessive about being ‘outwardly’ beautiful.  I’ve always had a daily regimen.  Always taking pride in what I looked like before I left the house but not to the point of looking like a runway model,  more on the ‘natural’ side, if you know what I mean.  No Cosmo cover invitations heading my way. BUT I will openly admit that this past year the lady looking back at me in the mirror looks way too old to be me!
